LVI Studios is the ultimate luxurious getting ready space for brides and their bridal parties. Thoughtfully designed by a professional wedding photographer, this naturally lit, all-white studio was created with your wedding gallery in mind—ensuring every moment is beautifully captured. Just 30 minutes or less from most of Youngstown’s top venues, it offers a spacious, photogenic setting perfect for hair, makeup, and champagne toasts with your girls. PRICING & POLICIES
PRICING
Rentable by the hour.
Available Wednesday through Sunday from 8am to 9pm
$60 hourly rate for 2+ hours
$75 hourly rate for 1 single hour
*all props, furniture, chairs, etc... are included in your rental.
PAYMENT
All payments are final and never refunded including if the client cancels.
POLICIES
Current LVI STUDIOS Policies are agreed to upon payment. The paying client assumes all liability for all guests.
Animals
Dogs are allowed in the building! Just please be sure that their paws are wiped clean. Just please keep them OFF the furniture.
HEADCOUNT
Maximum 20 people in the studio at a time.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is only available 48+ hours in advance. There is a $25 fee for rescheduling. All rescheduled must move to a WED OR THUR at the original price.
ENTRY TIME
Reservations start on time, no early access into the building is permitted. Reservation is forfeited if client is 15+ minutes late past reservation start time. Full amount is owed. Late access is denied.
MUSIC
Music can be played from a speaker at a reasonable volume.
FURNITURE
No standing on furniture! No more than 4 people on the couch at a time and no sitting on the arm rests. A fee is charged at owner discretion if any furniture is damaged. Fee is final once assessed.
DAMAGE
All props and equipment required to be returned in the original spot, clean. NO TAPE ON WALLS. A fee is charged at owner discretion for spills, food, glitter, stains, items left behind, or broken items at new cost. Fee is final once assessed.
SMOKING
No smoking of any kind allowed in the studio or anywhere in the building. $200 is charged if not followed.
LATE DEPARTURE
Reservations end on time. $10 is charged for every 5 minutes extending into the next hour.
SECURITY
The building and studio have security cameras installed.

PARKING: Please park in the spots to the left of the front door. If all spots are full then please park across the street in the mocha house parking lot.
